大堂很氣派，房間維護的不太好，感覺有些老舊了。我住了三個晚上，2211 那個房間的空調聲音大的要命，無論怎麼調節風速，都那麼大聲音。上傳了帶聲音的視頻可以聽下，就像是有吹風筒在你耳邊響，太吵了。不知道其他房間是不是也一樣。景觀還可以，對面可以看到新加坡。夜景也好看的，有冰箱洗衣機很友好。洗手盆太淺了，洗臉時候水都會流到地上。等電梯時看向窗外，樓層窗戶好臟，很久沒有擦過了。樓下的摩託車有些吵。

Our family had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place! The bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We appreciated how promptly the staff made up our room whenever we went out. Our spacious room offered a fantastic view. The sheltered pool and gym on the 18th floor were excellent, especially the warm water in the children's pool, and towels were readily available from the attentive staff. Plus, Hard Rock Cafe being just next door was a bonus! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return.

Book a stay here for 3D2N. Attended by an unfriendly and unapproachable staff name Shukor. Shukor didnt greet & acknowledge us when we approach upon checking in. Enquires was not answered prior to our question, instead he was busy listening to his colleague conversation with other customer. Zero customer service. During check out, he was the only staff at the counter. He did not even say thank you when i returned the cards back. Apart from that, their pool is closed though they told that they can bring us to another building which i find it would be a hassle. Should have bring it up on the website to let the customer know. It would be a great stay if the first touch would have given a good approach/greetings. It will always start from checking in part to potray how excellent the hotel is. Frontline staff must always have a basic courtesy by acknowledging your customers with greetings.

Stayed here several times. This is my 1st occurrence with infested ants in the room crawling, and dusty room. The door latch is as good as non-functional as it does not "catch the latch" at all. Location is good for a vacation who wants to stay away from the main town. There are few good korean/jap food eateries within 2mins drive. There are 4 EVs charging wall plug (type 2).
